NOSEROLL/SWITCH NOSEROLL

Goal

  • 180° rotation with permanent snow contact of the nose
  • Natural and switch
  • First frontside, then backside rotation

Where

Flat slope (blue piste); well-prepared, grippy slope

How
The approach is made through a toeside turn in a low position. The weight is shifted onto the back leg. Then you push off the back leg and shift the weight toward the nose. At the same time, the upper body is rotated forward in the direction of travel. During the rotation, the back leg is pulled in. Afterwards, the tail is set back down and the ride continues on the toeside edge.
