How
While riding, the center of mass is shifted over the front or back binding. At the same time, the upper body is rotated forward in the desired direction to initiate the spin. Then one holds this position, which allows for endless rotations. To stop the trick, the weight is shifted back over the center of the board and the torsion created by the forward rotation in the body is released.
