How
Whilst riding, shift the weight onto the front or rear binding. At the same time, the rotation is initiated by pre-rotating the upper body in the desired direction. Remain in this position and many rotations can be carried out. To stop the trick, the weight is shifted back over the centre of the board, stopping the rotation.

- Stationary exercise: Butter tricks in the flat.
- Butter tricks whilst riding slowly.
- Increase the tempo.
