How
Approach after a toe-side turn in a low position. Shift the weight onto the rear leg, then push off the rear leg to move the weight onto the nose. Simultaneously, rotate the upper body in the direction of travel. During the turn, retract the rear leg, before lowering the tail back in the snow continuing on the uphill edge.

- Practice in the traverse: start on the toeside edge
