Methodical Structure
- One-Legged Standing Exercises: Lift the board, move it vertically, edge it, turn it, etc.
- One-Legged Gliding: “Skateboarding,” figure-eight patterns, various playful tasks Two-Legged
- Standing Exercises: Move vertically (up to jumps), shift weight (up to presses), edge the board (with partner), rotations, grabs (“basic freestyle”), etc.
- Two-Legged Gliding: Push and pull with partner assistance
