Goal
- Jump with a 360° rotation
- Natural and switch
- Frontside and backside rotation
Where
Gentle slope (blue run); well-prepared, grippy slope

How
Frontside 360°
During the approach, ride through a heelside turn in a low position.
The upper body is counter-rotated (towards the tail).
Just before takeoff, the head and upper body are dynamically rotated forward (towards the nose). This is followed by a two-footed jump.
Land with both feet and absorb the impact. The landing becomes visible only very late.
Backside 360°
During the approach, ride through a toeside turn in a low position.
The upper body is counter-rotated (towards the nose – plus position).
Just before takeoff, the head and upper body are dynamically rotated forward (towards the tail). This is followed by a two-footed jump.
At the same time, the head and upper body are rotated forward (towards the tail) to generate the required spin.
Land with both feet and absorb the impact. In this rotation, the landing becomes visible somewhat earlier, which makes it easier to prepare for.
