How
Frontside 360°
Approach after a heel-side turn in a deep position with the upper body pre-rotated towards the valley. The take-off is from both legs or an ollie off the heel edge. At the take-off, rotate the head and upper body forwards towards the nose in order to achieve the required rotation. Land on both legs and bend the knees to help absorb the landing. The landing is not spotted till late in the turn.
Backside 360°
Approach after a toe-side turn in a deep position, with the upper body pre-rotated towards the nose (plus position). The take-off is from both legs or an ollie off the toe edge. At the take-off, rotate the head and upper body towards the tail in order to achieve the required rotation. Land on both legs and bend the knees to help absorb the landing. The landing is spotted early in the rotation making it easy to adjust for a safe landing.
